Free adverse tenant search
We have hundreds of thousands of records on our database, including tenants that
have defaulted, proven troublesome and applicants that have not been recommended
for tenancy.
Agents are able to search our database at no cost to see if a match occurs with
their prospective tenant before submitting the application for referencing.
Agents are also able to submit details of problematic tenants to MARAS for inclusion
on the database.
Having obtained consent, enter the surname and date of birth of the applicant and
click on the search button.
The search results will show whether or not there is an adverse match.
