Your application
MARAS will normally process your application within an average of 2 working days. To help with the turnaround of applications, MARAS occasionally need to contact prospective tenants for clarification regarding details on their application. To minimise any delay, please ensure that your application is completed in full and in a dark colour. Any additional information supplied in supporting applications is always welcome.

Application tracker
The progress of your application can be viewed on-line with our unique tracker service. Only letting agents who use MARAS have access to this facility. MARAS have produced an information sheet that explains the application tracker service and this is available from your agent. If you wish to use this service and have not been provided information on application tracker, please contact your agent.

E-mail service
An e-mail notification service is also available with tracker. By providing your e-mail address where indicated within application tracker, you will be automatically notified when your application has been graded. You will then know when to contact your letting agent for the result.
